    There are a shit load of artists in America that rap about real issues, but of course it wouldn't be cool if the artist didn't come from another country. What about Brother Ali, Mos Def, Sage Francis, Blackalicious, the Roots (they've been around for 20 years by the way), Wise Intelligent, X-Clan, the Coup, Greenhouse Effect, Murs, and Blue Scholars just to name a few.
