Umm she has always looked like that.. they have shown pics of her since she was a child she is just thin naturally.. in fact I think she tries very hard to keep her weight up.. she does not look unhealthy she is just a thin woman and she never had a chest only when she had her child. I think she looks lovely to tell you the truth.

if you watch back from the beginning up until she was preggers on the show, you'd notice that she's always been very thin and *ahem* flat chested. she's just going back to her previous, pre-baby body. and she didn't lose the baby weight like 3 hours after most actresses do. either they're too fat or too thin, it speaks more of your own body issues than anything.
