As someone who is bipolar, I can see a lot of Britney in my bipolar friends and myself. To get help, it often requires the assistance of someone who really loves you, or the police.

I really hope Lynne can help her. i hope Brit lets her in. She needs something normal right now and it may be that Brit didn't have a normal childhood and that Lynne isn't the best mother but I don't know of one mother who hasn't made mistake her children are stars at a young age. but she is still there for them.. she stood by Brit making mistake after mistake and helps her clean it up.. Lets not forget who flew to Vegas and stopped that madness right away.. and who also made Brit sign a prenup with Kfed.. who was the voice of reason there. It was Lynne so I think that perhaps this woman who just wants to love her daughter and her grandchildren is trying her best and perhaps we should all give her a small break.. The woman has a 16 year old who is having a baby a duaghter who is self destructing before her eyes and the eyes of the world I think she is holding up nicely . I would be a ball of tears in teh bathroom

Lynn Spears is in town for what? To promote her "I'm A Terrible Mother And Should Go To Jail" book…..Lynn Spears makes me sick…..I think she is the worst publicized mother in all of my 29 year history. I have never seen a mother sell her two children out to the degree that Lynn Spears has done, we see her do it with Britney all the time and of course, we all know about the million dollar secret that's not so secret anymore. If you will remember Perez you just had a posting wherein it was noted that Britney Spears was doing drugs with her uncle at her/a birthday party, where was Lynn Spears then? She probably just didn't realize at the time that if she took a picture she could make money off of it. It's no surprise to me at all that Jamie Spears is allegedly a drunk, he probably never had a say. Lynn Spears in my opinion is causing mental damage on SO many levels. She is a pathetic excuse for a mother. She should go to jail.

Starbucks…trying to keep an eye on her little girl, consulting with financial guru Suzy Ormond to get a grip on Britney's finances before it's too late. In other words…DAMAGE CONTROL! Lynne's people won't comment, but there's already talk of a bio-pic about Brit & Co. You're so right it took the police to get my sister the help she needed for her problems. She needs someone to step into her life that she feels hasn't used her. I wonder if Justin's mom could do anything because she always loved Britney and I don't think she ever used Britney for personal gain. Someone she knows who is from the outside looking in right now would be the best choice to help her. Something needs to be done soon before it is completely out of control and she seems just steps from that.
Britney is suspected of having a mental problem which is a result of a chemical imbalance not parenting. While britney was under the care of her mother she seemed to behave normal, it's only as an adult living on her own has gone over the edge. Maybe her breakup With Justin made her go crazy or maybe it's just a chemical imbalance that need to be diagnosed and treated with the right drug. Her mom can't make her do anything she don't want to do because she's over the age of 18 (an adult with free will). Christina, Justin, Ron Howard, and many other adults worked as kids. Were their parenting bad to because they worked? A lot of you didn't think so while you were enjoying their talents. Mental illness don't discriminate and the rich as well as the poor are sometimes victim and it has nothing to do with parenting.

Several years ago, Dr. Drew told me that the young lady I was living with was not someone I would want to have children with. I was surprised to hear that. He based his assessment on my description of how she liked me to work her nipples long after we had incredible sex. I still don't understand why he made that statement, but I took his advice just the same.
