Lindsay Lohan may be heading back to rehab soon!
The actress, who admitted to relapsing while chugging on a bottle of champagne during a party in Italy over the Christmas holidays, seems to be returning to her hard-pAArtying ways.
We told you, New York is trouble for her!
LL has been boozing it up in Manhattan, the NY Daily News is reporting.
The recovering addict knocked back "at least two" vodka cocktails Friday night at the Beatrice Inn, says the paper.
"Lindsay is learning how to work through her addictions and, once in a while, she chooses to have a cocktail," says a friend, attempting to explain.
Didn't she learn anything in rehab?????

These "designer re-hab facilities" are designed to make the alcoholic/addict think he/she can use responsibly. It works to some degree providing you're not a huge celebrity such as LiLo. Her recovery program, it was disclosed to me by a disgruntled employee, assures her that in time…given the right circumstances (another hit movie)…she can celebrate with the best of them. The whole purpose for her going to Italy was to get away from the Hollywood pappz…thanks to a cell phone camera, she got "busted", but she's not in any trouble because she already served her time in L.A. Technically speaking, she's free to drink or drug (although drugs are still illegal…even in L.A.). Let's hope that Lynne Spears can visit with her while helping Britney.

Its all about recovery, a lifelong process…alot of alcoholics have setbacks, the important thing is you get back up and work thru it…she is human-be a little less judgemental people.
If you're going to tell stories, be truthful - DON'T EXAGGERATE!! Lindsay did not "chug" a bottle of champaign… she took one sipped drink out of the bottle. While that's still not ok for an alkie… DON'T EXAGGERATE, Perez when you tell the story.

Hard addiction is exactly that — one way or the other, no middle ground, no gray area. The addict has to get off it and stay off it, or else go down under it. There is no third option of "occasional indulgence". Fortunately, once sufficient time has passed, so has the urge to drink or drug passed, and the addict is finally at peace and not suffering any overwhelming urges any more. To go totally clean is the only cure, and to be totally clean requires staying away from situations that feed and tantalize the urge — bars, nightclubs, boozy restaurants, and even friends who are enablers. ("But just one drink won't hurt you.") Oh sure.
For a drunk or addict, "choosing to have a cocktail" is not really a choice.
If you hang around a pet store long enough, you're gonna buy a puppy—she needs to quit hanging out in clubs if she's serious about staying off the booze.
obviously doesn't listen during those AA meetings. She has an illness and like smokers who quit and then have a cigarette now and then, and end up a smoker again. She'll keep adding another drink until she is gettting sh**faced most nights. It's amazing how all these young celebrities think they are soooo smart and can 'control' their drinking/drugs/smoking. All these rehabs/products would not be in business if that was possible. River Phoenix is a sad example of someone who thought he could control the drugs.

I would suggest that if Lindsey's "friend" is explaining alcoholism as "once in a while, she chooses to have a cocktail" then Lindsey is STILL not hanging around the right people and is probably herself either not interested in stopping or didn't learn in rehab that addicts CAN NOT EVER drink….not even one drink!!! This is why celebrities should not publicly speak about recovery. Young people reading this might deduce that AA doesn't work. WELL IT WORKS IF YOU WORK IT…Lindsay does not want to work it…she did it because of her legal problems..you have to really, really want sobriety. If nothing else, we see how hard it is with all these crazy celebrities. But AA does work. She chooses to put herself in situations that are bad for her. Why dont' these people JUST STAY HOME!

rehab is supposed to inform you as to why the choices an addict make are WRONG and or UNHEALTHLY for them. you dont leave rehab & have occasional drinks, because youre not of sound mind or body to do so .. its what causes you to fall into rehab in the first place.

Alcoholicsbehavior is addictive behavior so even if she was "just" an addict, she still shouldn't drink. Maybe for a few months, 2 drinks is cool. Then you start to think "if 2 drinks didn't hurt 4 won't. Maybe I'll have a line too". I hope she just keeps going to the AA meetings even if she's not sober. Keeping coming back Lindsey.
She has violated her parole a few times by drinking. She so got off on her LA debacle and any real jail time. Why aren't the authorities 'taking care of this?' She should be in jail like any other person would be in her situation. I know i will never watch any future projects she does, if she gets any. She SHOULD be in jail for parole violation. I'm tired of the LAPD letting these celebrities slide. It just never stops. The LAPD are known here for being corrupt, but Lindsay's behaviour has been so well documented, the public is outraged all over the U.S. (with all the paparazzi coverage) at how she and others (britney driving 100pmph) get off scott free. I drive with my children in LA and 'their get out of jail free' cards or whatever is going on is just unacceptable.
