No, he's not asking for a change to the custody agreement.

If the judge ruled K Fed to pay the legal bills this case would be over in a heart beat, the two would work out an agreement the kids would then REALLY be considered and it would be done.
All this mess has to do with K Fed being greedy and his attorney finding a way to line his pockets. How many moms in this world have issues and they are not in court every other day? The difference is…they don't have millions.
K Fed should really be ashamed…he left Shar in the lurch…made babies with Brit (although she was not totally innocent) now he has conned a lot of people into thinking he is truly concerned about these children. Also you should know that these attorneys bill (I am sure he charges upwards of $450 an hour) by the hour every time they mention the client's name, get on the phone for anything, review a document, file a petition and this also goes for anyone in their office! If two people are reading over the document then each one bills the client separately. If they work on it together eating muffins, over coffee and juice…each person bills the client separately. IN this case K Fed has no money so they look for Brit to pay and she has no say on how they spend their time. I once say a bill in which four attorneys reviewed the same document and tried to bill for it!!!
Court appearances are only a small portion of it. This guy is juicing her and so is his attorney…shame on them all. They won't be satisfied until she is broke, dead or BOTH! K Fed is spending his kids inheritance on BS!

I don't believe K-fed or Spears should get custody of those babies. Spears has proved time and time again that she isn't capable of being a full time mother, some women just don't have the nurturing nature that children need and thrive on. The judge already said she wasn't getting the kids back. So he has no reason to fight for them. If he really loved his kids he would do what he needs too to get what he needs for them and the first thing he needs to do is GET A JOB!
