There's no breaking up Britney Spears and her paparazzo buttboy, Adnan Ghalib.
On Wednesday, the former pop star, going on little to no sleep for the past three days, met up with the photog at Jerry's Deli in Studio City.
The singer was observed by the paparazzi as being "dazed and confused" from her sleeplessness.
In other words, she was behaving like normal.
The two sped off back to her house in Spear's new Mercedes before heading to the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Hopefully Brit Brit will get a good night's sleep some time soon.

Classic example of a bipolar disorder, I'm taking a psychiatric nursing course and the teacher JUST talked about this today. She's in her manic phase right now, they feel so "high" that often they'll just go go go with no sleep for days. Usually when they're finally committed into a facility, they're so worn out and coming off of their mania, that they'll do the opposite and just sleep for days to catch up.
Also, bipolar patients can also do aimless activities like driving around for hours on end with no real destination, and can spend money they shouldn't be spending repeatedly on objects, such as cars, for no real reason except to get a new one. They get bored of their old ones just like they get bored and replace their relationships…so in theory, Adnan won't last forever, just like all the assistants, friends, etc. she's replaced.
They also can have delusions of grandeur, would explain why she wants to surround herself with paparazzi…to her she's the most important person ever! She DESERVES the attention, she SHOULD be photographed, those guys are LUCKY to take pictures of her. Basically, when they're in that manic phase, they're someone "better than you", and that could explain that haughty-taughty British accent too. Notice how she saves all the snobby comments for that voice? Anyways, that was just for anyone that's interested.

Actually- I have a plan. Well, it's not a good plan, but I need the help of unemployed Hollywood folks (luckily there's a few of those currently) to carry it out.
The plan entails:
A) Lots of cheap costume wigs. The same as Britney's pink one. Doesn't really matter if it's pink, but go get a wig. It will cost you $10-30 for the exact same make of wig, depending on where you buy it.
B) Lots of people with said wigs…
C) Who will stalk the paparazzi stalking Britney. (Like I said, we need people in Hollywood with lots of time on their hands, and maybe a penchant for drama).
So…When Britney goes to Petco and AM/PM and the Hustler Store and is swarmed by paparazzi, a hoard of brightly colored wigheads flood the flashbulbs, ululating wildly like Xena. It will be a media event because you will become the event! It will make Britney happy, cause let's face it: pretty colors!!! It will make news and be amusing because no one likes paparazzi anyway, less when they seem to be a circling mass of vultures.

He's 77 years old and the topic of epilepsy is always discussed in our house. My brother is also a psychiatrist and I have studied a lot about health and nutrition. My mom is a social worker. Other brother, works in public health and sister is organic farmer. You could say it is the family business. Trust me, every drug, test and wholistic remedy related to brain injuries have been contemplated in our household. It gets a little nauseating…but my father always gets the hardest patients…people who have been in psychiatric hospitals for years, hopeless cases…and a change in approach can make all the difference. Re: Barbie – I think I will get in trouble if I comment on another doctor's treatment. What I will say is bring up "PET SCAN" with doctor. It is the gold standard for reading brain activity. NO OTHER SCAN IS AS ACCURATE!!! Discuss "seizure disorders" with doctor. Start at a place like Harvard…there is a good doctor there known to read PET SCANS well. I cannot say who, he's a younger guy than my father…but call…ask questions…read papers about head injuries, temporal lobe epilepsy. Your medication may be fine–I do not know all names of every medication, so many…and I am not a doctor…but I will look around house for good articles…Look for my posts in other Britney stories…

I have bi-polar and acted crazy, unreliable and extremely MANIC. Two years later with meds, I finally have a normal life. i pray for Brit to seek help. Its hard to admit, when you are feeling so GOOD and don't even realize everthing is crumbling down around you.
