The strings are being cut! Osama Lutfi's control over Britney Spears will hopefully be over soon.
Brit's mom, Lynne Spears, wants to take the troubled star back to Lousiana, one of her lawyers, Michael Flanagan, has revealed.
Lynne hopes to take her daughter back home as soon as she's released from UCLA Medical Center in three days.
Momma Spears is "extremely concerned for her daughter," obviously, according to Flanagan.
Lynne feels that the biggest problem facing Britney's recovery is the circle of friends she’s become involved with and Lynne desperately wants to extricate her daughter from that. “Brit has an amazing support system in Louisiana,” Flanagan says, reinforcing the belief that Britney simply can't get the help she needs while she remains in L.A. “Lynn was holding up reasonably well, but her first priority and concern right now is with her daughter and helping her through this very tough situation that she is in.”
Going home to Louisiana is a good idea, but it won't cure all of Britney's problems.
This is gonna be a long process of getting better!
But being with her family and back home are good first steps. It will also help cut down the number of paparazzi that follow her around every day, but many will still be there.

Being a 5150 nurse I can tell u that this 5150 is a true hold induced by a treating Psyc doct. Iwill be extremely suprised if the family (the wantabe mother Lynn) is able to remove Britt after the 72 hour hold. The Psyc doc isnt listeneing to Britts lawyer or mother. Psyc doc take into account everyones behavior, Lynn Spears gets her way Britts dead.

I think the court needs to appoint someone who doesn't have any sort of financial interest in Britney to make these decisions for her. Obviously the girl needs someone who isn't interested in mooching off of her. Osama Lufti certainly is, Adnan obviously is, and her mother certainly is (who whores out their pregnant 16 year old daughter for money). Her brother and father (even though he did bring in Dr. Phi with her last 5150 holdl) seem to have her best interests at heart.
I honestly also think Kevin Federline would make an excellent choice in this matter. Although divorced, I think he does care about the mother of two of his children and would do what is in her best interests. I really don't think it's all about the money with him.

Just a FYI coming from a 5150 nurse, Britt is getting alot of counsling in their rite now, counsling is started immediately in order to evaluate mental status.Take good note knowing that the staff and primary psyc doc are not truley listening to Britts lawyer or family, his top jbo is to protect her. The medical staff and Psyc doc are pretending to care what the family says and Lawyer but I can tell you for sure they are pretending to listen in one ear and out the other so they'll shut up.What the family doesnt realize is the Psyc doc is taking into account how Britts family has been treating her (ouch). Whaty theyr not getting (the family) is the only person that has rites to Britt is now the Psyc Doc and the State of California and the Doc can assign a outsider to make Britts medical/financial decisions at a 5150 Court hearing
