Victoria Beckham was all bandaged up at the Spice Girls concert in Boston on Wednesday night.

No word - yet - on what led her to cover up her back like that, but we're assuming she recently got another tattoo done.

Hopefully it wasn't too big! And if it is, it better be David naked!
