We told you earlier how Britney's manager has declared war on both her parents.
Osama thinks he's getting a bum rap and he's gonna start defending himself - while lashing out at them - in a big way.
Well, he's wasted NO time getting to it!
Lutfi has just gone on the record with Access Hollywood and told them:
"Her mother is not someone who cares about her daughter, she's only concerned with herself. Sad but true. She was too busy getting a manicure to come over yesterday, despite her daughters (sic) pleas. Sad, very sad."

A person who truely cares will be there through thick and thin, and will need A LOT of patience.
I don't know what kind of guy Sam is, but he seems to be there for her more than anyone. All this conjecture is Ridiculous. How does ANYONE know what is going on for real, unless you are actually THERE and part of her inner circle.
If she is a drug addict, there is nothing ANYONE can do unless Brit asks for help HERSELF. You CANNOT force anyone to get help or treatment for addiction unless they ASK FOR IT. If she is mentally ill, she cannot be forcably incarcerated unless she behaves in such a manner that it is obvious she poses a risk to herself or the community. As reported on Australian news this morning she has indeed been locked up in a psych ward at midnight last night. Even then, if she is under the influence of drugs, she will be tested, allowed to dry out and then assessed for a mental illness. If she is exhibiting "drug psychosis" it is likely she will be refered to a drug rehab and released. The only circumstances under which she will be forcably incarcerated for a lengthy period in a psych ward is if she has broken the law as a result of unstable behaviour.
