This money was supposed to ensure she show up during the Super Bowl and give a inspiring speech to poor Detroit youths trying to loose weight. She never showed up, and went to the super bowl instead and used the plaine tickets provided by this group. He excuse they never came up with the full $30,000, only $18,000. Apparently the public lost out on a FANTASTIC show. I am mortified to hear this is happening. Star Jones is amazing. She is highly intelligent with a legal background. She as well as her show brought something completely different that caught my attention. I do believe that the advertisement of her show and marketing may have lacked. Her show was on the cable networks. I would definately NOT judge on something that people do not know about, did not watch, etc. Honestly, one of the best talk shows that was universal in areas of news: local, world, entertainment, law and perspective and Star Jones would lash the tongue when needed, but also refrained dependent on the situation/topic. Keep Star Jones going and if it was the chanel/cable bring her on the local channels. I am telling you she is fabulous and she looks amazing too! You go GiiiRL!

Criss Angel Responds To Recording Of Altercation! Says Producer Provoked Him!

There are two sides to every story! Here's his!

In light of the audio recording released yesterday that featured Criss Angel threatening to knock out one of his producers, the illusionist's attorney, Ken Woloson, has released the following statement:

"Criss Angel was in the process of firing Joe Safuto on Wednesday when Safuto became abusive and Criss asked him to leave. Criss decided to fire Safuto in response to repeated complaints from co-workers and other magicians about Safuto's abusive and violent behavior and general ineptitude. Witnesses have attested that there was no physical contact and that Safuto very clearly was the antagonist. The audio released to the media is a snippet of a much longer conversation. We are exploring legal action against Mr. Safuto, including for his defamatory and illegal conduct."

Ouch! Sounds like he means business!
