The actor's publicist says he went in voluntarily because he is "exhausted and suffers from a sleeping disorder."
Chambers is the father of five.

Whats up with the sleep deprivation amongst celebrities. Heath Ledger had trouble sleeping too. Brit's in the psycho ward, but she'll be back out by the weekend with her late night paparazzi parade causing havoc in L.A.

I have met him and he was one of the nicest people ever. I would assume if someone had a sleep disorder and needed meds changed, they would probably have to go into the hospital. I know people with sleep disorders have to do those overnight sleep study tests things, and doctors would probably want to make sure they were giving their patient the right medicine with no side effects. Anyways, I wish him the best and hope he is feeling better soon!

Isn't this a good thing? It's hard for anyone, especially guys, to own up to personal issues. Maybe in light of Heath Ledger, Justin is thinking about his kids, his work and his family in general and just getting help for a sleep disorder that he needs. Good for him.

I hope he gets better soon, i have trouble sleeping too and it pretty much ruined my life so i can't even work, i can't take sleeping pills either, too addictive and don't work after a while, it's all part of an anxiety disorder unfortunately, it sucks.

Re: chera – i suffer from a sleeping disorder and i don't work,i suffered from it when working too, don't speak unless you know something about it, doesn't matter what you do, its part of a anxiety disorder, you need help for anxiety for it to improve and even then you have day's you don't sleep at all.
Sleep is so important, when you lack sleep you start to hallucinate and get edgy and start to feel like you're losing it.
I admire his ability to seek help when so many in this situation don't. He might prevent loss of work, and mental health issues by addressing them when they begin. As a mother of 5 myself, Kudos to him. I could have benefited by doing the same. He's a good example of what to do when life runs you and your coping skills may not be up to what life is asking. It may make the difference in his ability to manage both his job and his family. ARE YOU PAYING ATTENTION BRITTANY.
