The Grey's Anatomy hottie checked right back out of Britney's temporary home on Wednesday.

The actor's publicist says he went in voluntarily because he is "exhausted and suffers from a sleeping disorder."

Chambers is the father of five.

His wife is not black, she's hispanic and his kids are all over the age of 5. Justin is very creative and has a very active mind, so much that he paces back and forth, or sways back and forth. He would sit outside his house and strum a guitar for hours and walk up and down the street smoking at night. I am glad he's getting the help he needs. My prayers to him, Keisha and the kids.

This is really weird that sleep disorders are becoming the newest issue in hollywood. Weird because I'm suffering with something similar. It's strange that suddenly this relatively uncommon problem is all over the place now. Relatively uncommon among the people I am around anyway.

psych wards aren't a spa to go to relax from exhaustion or sleep disorder clinics, you get checked into a psych ward because you have a significant mental health condition that warrants at least short term psychiatric treatment. Now I don't know if, in hollywood, they're also beards for rehab for substance abuse (when it's not in a star's best interest to publicly admit there's a problem).
