Bad boy French president Nicolas Sarkozy and his former model turned singer girlfriend, Carla Bruni, officially tied the knot at the President's office in Paris this weekend.

You are wrong. Omaha beach is in the northwest part of France, east of Utah beach. I've visited there several times as I lived in France and my grandfather was there.

Fast forward to WW2, France lost 212,000 soldiers and the U.S lost 417,000, U.K lost 382,000- amazing for the country that only fought 1 battle (Pearl Harbor) on their own soil and sacrificed all those men for bailing your families out. Just to build upon your stereotypes and generalizations, the French continue to prove themselve arrogant and ignorant all at the same time. Nope its in Normandy. You know that region in France by which the Americans liberated your country. The street signs even call it Omaha Beach and Utah Beach in France. They were renamed in honor of the American lives lost. If you'd actually been cultured enough to visit this part of your country you would have seen the rows upon hundreds of rows of white crosses for every man that lost his life getting mowed down there.
