Ryan Seacrest awkwardly humps some desperate brunette!

All together now: OVERCOMPENSATING.

The American Idol host got his hetero on at the Tao/944 House OF Hennesy’s late night lounge Friday night in Phoenix, Arizona.

Ryan came with a gaggle of 12 girls.

Seacrest and the brunette seemed to really hit it off. Like a fruit fly and her main gay!
