Wesley Snipes can breathe a lot easier!

The actor has just been cleared of serious tax charges against him.

Snipes had been sued for by the IRS for fraud and other "serious" shit.

He was found guilty of lesser charges but is gonna avoid substantial jail time. His advisers, though, got slammed hard.

Wes owen $17 million in back taxes PLUS interest.

Here comes another Blade movie! Too bad it won't be Too Wong Foo 2.
