Brits' father is the only one who isn't financially supported by her in this ordeal. and perhaps he is the best one to take control. I would pay to hear who her lawyers want as a conservator I doubt there will be any changes at all. I think this is the best thing I think he is thinking of her and only her in this matter and he will take care of his daughter and make sure that her finances are not hurt or naything else fo rthat matter. I would think the judge is going to see this and keep things exactly the way they are.

In this case I think it is the best thing for everyone if the parents are eliminated from everything and only given the right to visit and nurture their child without being able to make any financial decisions for her..

i'd understand the dispute against her parents helping if in the past they hadn't shown how close of a family they are. But they have and it shows with their brother, sister and relatives. They are good southern folk and i hope this turns out for the best.

It's highly likely she inherited her illness from her mother and/or father so they could be as mentally fucked up or worse than her and given the fact that it's no secret she is not on good terms with her parents, why risk the added stress when she's hospitalized to get better? Just have a nuetral party take over the conservatorship and reduce her stress, stop all the speculation and get her and her family and friends, sidekicks, etc. off the airwaves.
