Jay-Z's new 40/40 club in Las Vegas has been plagued with problems since its troubled opening in December.
An estimated 100 employees have either quit or been fired since the opening, and only two of the club's original 10 managers are still around.

Hospitality business is a very hard business, I know because I have been in it for over 10 years. There is a large turn around. But in this case I believe the 10 managers are probably all black and the employees are white therefore, the blacks are probably enjoying the fact that they can push the employees around. They're always trying to prove themselves that they are better than whites, but in actuality there should be no difference. We are all equal in the eyes of the law and to God. I have seen this several times. No matter what the case this guys an idiot and I can't stand him. Maybe all his employees are finally seeing this also.

I was at the 40/40 for the Super Bowl. There couldnt have been a better place to watch the game, it was well staffed, well managed, and not over priced! I think they're just working out the kinks.

I TOO used to work @ the 40/40 establishment in NYC. Desiree Gonzalez is the gm..the stupid cunt hired me-never cracked a smile. I worked there for 4 days-a gentlemen came in for food/drinks and he started hittin on me.
3 minutes later DESIREE came and berated me in front of the club and fired me. She said I was being tooo social.
