We Support Hillary Clinton!!!

Not that our opinion matters (any more than yours). Nor do we expect that we will influence your vote in any way, but….

Today is Super Tuesday and we feel it is our duty to publicly endorse Hillary Clinton to be the Democratic candidate that will be the next President of the United States.

As we have previously stated, Hillary wasn't our fist choice. We were initially swayed by the promise of change and the inspiring messages of Barack Obama.

But that's not enough!

After careful consideration and much research, we have come to the informed decision that Hillary is the right candidate for us.

We feel more confident with Hillary's abilities to lead and her proven track record of experience. But, more so than that, HER plans for universal healthcare, education reform and emphasis on equality for all are more aligned with what we want in the next President.

We watched the debates and Clinton just won us over.

Barack is great. But Hillary is the better leader, for us.

However, Obama MUST stay in the picture. This country needs him, just as we need Clinton.

It's been a great and heated campaign thus far, but we sincerely hope when it comes time for the Democratic convention that the Clinton/Obama dream ticket will be a reality!

Whether you agree with us or not, please go out and vote today.

Rock it!

You rock and she rocks! Don't listen to the Obama people, he is almost exactly like her when it comes to the issues. And he is only for civil unions too. . . unfortunately it will be up to our grand kids to legalize gay marriage. Go Hillary!! She has my vote in Washington. . . where we have a caucus and a primary at different dates, FYI to any fellow Washingtonians!

This country hd the national debt practically paid off when bill clinton was president. now the chinese own us all over again, and other countrys. We need to get back on track. I too am voting for hillary. Clintons did alot for Arkansas. Unless you live here you don't really have first hand knowledge. Obama is great but he just doesn't have sound plans other than CHANGE. Well how are you gonna do it Obama. Lots of flash talk. I do not think he has the experience for Vice President yet either because if something happens to Clinton he waould step in and he is not ready yet. I think in 8 years Obama will own the ticket.

I feel like Young Voters are being influenced by a good talk. Obama is great but he needs about 8 years more experience. You are very mistaken if you think Hillary is not sincere in her love for this country and its people. Many of you probably were not old enough to understand the financial impact bill clinton had on the nation. the national debt was practically paid off. Yes he made a mistake but if you think almost every president in history hasn't strayed your wrong. Remember the Kennedys, yeah even the ones supporting Obama. Open your minds and listen to Hillary again and give her a chance to be your next president. She is the one who can defeat the GOP.

In other words you were too stupid initially to see that Hillary was the better choice.

  7. YES HILLARY! says – reply to this

Obama is NOT experienced enough to be president. Our country cannot afford another "on-the-job training" president.

He would make a good vice president and during that time he could learn what it takes to be president.

Hillary is intelligent, educated, sophisticated and experienced at the highest levels of leadership.

Sit down Obama and let Hillary get to work.

  9. NO Barack Hussein Obama! says – reply to this

    1709

Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. may not identify himself as a Muslim, but Arab and Muslim’s see him as a Muslim. According to Arab culture and Islamic law if your father is a Muslim then you too are Muslim and once you’re a Muslim you’re always a Muslim and you can’t change it.
Obama can identify strongly as a Christian but it would be detrimental to have him as president as we continue fighting the war against Islam. Where will his loyalties reside?

    No Obama!!!

You're right about one thing Perez, your opinion will not influence many of us. And it doesn't have any more weight in this world than anyone elses, however, the rest of us don't have a huge ass blog in which to put our opinions on. I wish that for just once, someone like yourself would just stick to your day job of entertaining the masses. If you want to do political work, call your favorite candidate and work for them for FREE. That's what everyone else does. I will watch CNN, Fox News and MSNBC if I want political news. I come to you to be entertained not educated about foreign policy or the current battle over CAFE standards. Please don't become one of those dumb ass celebs.

I VOTED for Hillary and so did Califronia.

Obama is a great speaker but he is not ready to lead this country give him 8 more years and then he can run. His message is great but he does not have the chops to face the republicans in the general election. Just go back to the South Carolina debate, how he folded to Hillary, yes in the end he took that state but come on that wasn't a big shocker it was expected.

Hillary Clinton will be the democratic nominee, regardless of Obama's 13 state win, she still won the most delegates which as we all know is what really matters.

Hope and Change are great, and honestly nothing knew, every candidate runs on that, but how can you bring about CHANGE when you do not have the EXPERIENCE to bring it about.

Its like going to the hospital when your extremely ill, would you rather have the NEW charming attendee operate on you or would you rather have the CHIEF of surgery operate on you. I would take EXPERIENCE over CHARMING any day if it meant saving my life, which is the case here, America needs an experienced Leader not someone who is making promises of hope and change when they can't even vote yes or no 121 different occasions.

That is why I a Latina VOTED for HILLARY CLINTON and that is why CALIFORNIA voted for HILLARY CLINTON.

Thanks for Sharing, as a well off white person Hillary chose to care about civil rights back when she had no reason to think of a political career, after all women are STILL a minority in politics. Obama lives it, which goes w/o saying BUT what if He was white like his 8th cousin Cheney or 11th cousin Bush? We Natives are great ones for knowing what family traits we share with distant cousins,I wonder how much those three have in common… Hillary and Bill were a good team(his human faults included) I was PROUD to finally see a Husband and Wife act like a Team in the White House, after all Every Man should respect their partner as an Equal, it sent a message to all world leaders. I wish people could get over that Bill cheated,… whats the divorce rate up to now? who actually stays with the person they create life with anymore? Anyway Hillary won't win Sexism is so deeply rooted in the human psyche, I don't think it's possible to over come it. The United States is the only industrialized country that has not ratified CEDAW- more or less an international bill of rights for women. By not ratifying, the US is in the company of countries like Iran, Sudan, Somalia,Bahrain, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sultanate of Oman, Syrian Arab Republic, and the United Arab Emirates.

I too support Hillary not that I have anything against Obama but I like Hillary.

But I have to adress the comment that Hillary and Bill say what they think people want to hear:

That could NOT be farther from the truth….

They tackeled a number of things that went against the grain but they stuck to it until it was resolved in one fashion or the other.

From trying to get gays in the military to trying to get automatic guns off the streets (heard they were actually threatened by the NRA) and universal health coverage they were constantly breaking with tradition everywhere they went.

When Hillary criss crossed the U.S. trying to sell people on the idea about universal health coverage, she was harassed by both the pharmaceutical and the health insurance companies.

You can't really expect to get away with a comment like that when there are people who can remember the things that happened during the Clinton Administration.

Sadly they couldn't get everything they wanted to do before they left office but they did get more than a few things done.

Reckon its about time to let a woman try her hand at it and I reckon Hillary is the right woman for the job.

Hilary Clinton has kept the same clear cmessage and is so open about what she offers and how she hopes to achieve her goals with the help of the citizens in America.

If there is one difference that I would be concerned about, as a resident here but as a citizen of another country, it is the comments that appear from the opponents.

Across the USA web sites are now dominated by a hate and spite campaign of folks who seem to want to proclaim loudly that they are supporters of Senator Obama.

Having been around for elections for over 60 years my experience is that the character of the candidate is very often reflected in the character of their supporters.

Whether or not Hilary Clinton is successful, she will have left a very clear impression here and on millions overseas that there is still a route where candidates can be honest, polite and clean in the way they address people and explain both issues and solutions.

I applaud her for the example she is setting to young people.

Dear friends, I'd like to find the way to help Hillary to arrive where she is destinated because of her capacities. My way is not usual, but I think could be of help. On my site www.zampa.net (in italian mostly) I've published my analysis of both democratic candidates and also you will find my video in Italian TV La7, where in show "Markette" I executed this analysi. Also I'll publish in those days another analysi of how David Axelrod is using Mental Magic in his politic and media project for Obama. It will be in english.
Also could you help to infomr more people possible that counting "life cycle" of Hillary and Obama, I could say she should resist by the end of february, when Obama will start to go down. If you have any question, please, let me know, I'll be glad to answer you. Valerija

a true democrat would understand (and do his homework) that hillary cannot beat the inevitable republican candidate — mccain. all of the numbers and polls out there have hillary losing to mccain in a head to head, and obama spanking him. what states does hillary win that kerry didn't?? NONE. in fact, she LOSES states like New Hampshire to mccain.

every primary vote for hillary is like a vote for mccain. the dems need to wake up and smell the coffee. her experience isn't going to do us all any good when she's watching mccain take away our abortion rights (and further stifle gay rights) from the sidelines like the rest of us.

    1744

bless you for this. i sit here very sad because Hillary keeps losing. i'm sure some of the vote *for* Obama is simply because "people love a (so-called) winner." it is not justified by experience. i'm an African-American woman for Hillary and, while i think Obama is great, she's the real politico. Obama's too used to being liked. he can't take the hits and he doesn't have the international "experience" especially. so cool that Perez Hilton is for Hillary!

Honestly, I'm surprised at the immaturity of most of the comments here. But I guess politics is just one of those topics that brings out the worst in people. The primaries where I live (Wyoming) aren't until March, but I can guarantee that I will be voting for Hillary that day. She is extremely intelligent, experienced, and quite frankly, the woman for the job. Maybe in 8 years Obama will be the right choice for our country, but for now, we need Hillary.

  47. Monica says – reply to this

    1747

Kudos to you!! It amazing how many people are ready to jump on the Obama train without doing their research. If people really want to see change then they will elect Hillary. Just look at her experience and track record that's all you need to do. As for equality, Hillary has always been a true activist for equality and civil rights. Long before Obama was doing anything constructive with his life Hillary (Bill too) were there trying to better our communities.

i've gained a lot more respect for you perez.

    Obama es un malagradicido.
If he's so "anti establishment" why does he parade with ted kennedy? Or John Kerry? OR use the "evil" bill and hillary clinton when he was running in Illinois 2004.

He wants to "change" washington but he uses the same politics. His 15 year relationship with Resko? Alice Palmer (His mentor he stole his US state senate seat from in Illinois?) His cocaine use? Voting for the PATROIT ACT? Countless scandals..

Hillary has paid her dues, intelligent, apt, decisive, has set programs, and will lead us. GOOOOOOOO HILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLARYYYYYYYYYYYY!!
