You have a right to endorse who you wish, but it is true that Hillary Clinton voted for the War in Iraq. And she supported it for a long time until she changed her mind. Barack Obama was against the War from the start. I don't think Perez knew that. We are all free women and are not bound by our gender. Make up your own mind. But give Barack a chance.

Congrats to you Perez, but it looks like they were starving for guests. I mean come on! SAM DONALDSON? What a disgrace he is. Also, I know phone interviews are awkward, but you should work with a media trainer if you haven't already. Not that you were terrible, but there were quite a few awkward pauses. Sam was partly to blame too, but I'm just giving you some constructive criticism. If you're going to be a political force, you're going to need some more practice! BTW, I voted for Hillary, but not because you endorsed her. I voted for her because she'll be easiest for the Republicans to defeat in November! ha ha ha ha ha!
You have got to be kidding? That was wierd of Sam D. but a very big show of how important Perez has become. I love it and am addicted and am 41 so it is not only the young people who visit. I am not swayed by Perez's opionon politically but I agree on this one!

It is just nice to see that Perez highlighted that voting is important. Each individual will read the article and interperet the way they want. I think that he did point point out the fact that you have to research your candidate and not just vote for a candidate because everyone else is voting for them! Thanks Perez for mixing it up.

I hope, Perez, that you did not endorse Ms. Clinton merely b/c you have "predominantly female readers". That intention greatly belittles all intelligent females and who they presumably support.
Not all females, including myself, supports Hillary merely because she is a woman. I support Barack Obama because he is the best candidate for the issues that I believe in, and he is the best candidate for our country.
In all honesty, I am surprised that you are supporting one of the most conservative Democratic front-runner candidates we have had up for nomination in recent memory. I think you owe your readers, and all those whom you influence, a specific explanation as to why you support Ms. Clinton, instead of just posting brief quotations taken out of context and superficial impressions based on past debates to support your endorsement.

As for the war in Iraq- Saddam Hussein committed genocide on the Kurds, murdered over 200,000 of his own citizens- most of whom were direct threats to him because they had an education (doctors, PhD's, etc), and randomly picked women off the street for his brothers and he to rape then kill. That's definitely a guy we should have supported- right? It wasn't about OIL- we got very little oil from Iraq because we had an embargo in place. We never have needed their oil. Maybe it was vengeance from the leftover Gulf War when Saddam wasn't taken out. Maybe. BUT how can you all whine about Darfur and Kenya and rawanda, etc, and say it was WRONG to get rid of Saddam and try to reestablish a new Iraq? Al Queda is still in Iraq. The Iraqi's I have met are so grateful. The Kurds even paid for ADS on US tv to thank us. Guess you didn't pay attention to those.
