I don't understand. Would someone explain to me how a woman with pierced nipples can breast feed a baby. I can't even picture it. Does she remove the jewelry before the baby starts feeding? I would think so, but then doesn't that leave some kind of hole in the nipple…I don't even know how this works. Could the baby injest too much milk and choke, etc? But with impants they get even bigger, as the implant is still there, Duh. Many women even have to have their boobs redone after having a child because the skin streches so much.
