Those heels are really dangerous for a woman who is carting 35 pounds in front of them- her balance is precarious. But hey, if she can balance, more power to her! She looks great. Twins are hard to have- she must be having a very complication-free pregnancy to get around right now.

she's not even that big (considering) but you can tell she is very self conscious about how she looks. That dress is a desperate attempt to "hide" the bump. I have seen so many more pregnant celebs who look amazing in evening gowns or anything, this just makes her look like a sack of potatos, she could have at least TRIED to find a better gown. It is so dangerous for those babies for her to be waring heels. As a nurse I know of a woman who fell (even caught herself before hitting the ground!) waring little pumps in her 2nd trimester, the placenta seperated and her baby was still born. Imgine if J-lo fell caring twins. She needs to be careful!
