Britney Spears just released from her psychiatric stay at UCLA medical center to be taken back within a few hours. As soon as she was released today Britney was back on the streets mobbed by the paparazzi. She had her bodyguard in her new mercedes with her while she drove aimlessly around Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. After an hour of driving Britney threw her bodyguard out of her car, a photographer jumped into her car to end up at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The police, her mom Lynne, and father are now on their way to the hotel to pick up Britney to take her back to the hospital.

I don't even live in LA and I feel half tempted to write a letter to their mayor. That is absolutely ridiculous; how is it legal for the paparazzi to be blocking traffic like that? And how on earth is the county justifying all the money spent on having all these police escorts everytime she has "issues"? No wonder why her neighbors can't stand her; she bugs the heck out of me and I've never even met the girl. At this point I can't even feel sorry for her because anyone with half a brain would drive in a vehicle with totally tinted windows, actually keep their windows rolled UP when out and about, and promptly fly out of the country.
this is awful. the paparazzi are not going to stop harassing her till something awful happens. ive never been a fan of britney spears but i saw some of her old music videos today and a few of them start with the paparazzi chasing her, trying to take photos. she has no privacy and i think this is what drove her insane. she was just a young girl who didn't know how to deal with fame and i feel sorry for her. i reckon this whole thing is leading towards a tragedy. something awful is going to happen soon if she doesn't get help and within a few years they will make a film about her tragic life and people will say "oh how sad" when it is too late.
