Trying to keep a low profile, Eva Mendes was spotted leaving a friend's house in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The actress, accompanied by boyfriend George Gargurevich, left rehab on Wednesday.
However, Eva's publicist has said that she came to LA to take care of "personal business" and has every intention of going back to rehab to finish her treatment.
We hope she does!

Addicts need structure, the need to be broken down and get back in touch with reality. I know that stars don't live in reality per se, but addiction doesn't care if you're famous or living under a bridge. Its a disease that needs to be treated seriously, not pampered and cooed at like a baby. Personal business can come TO HER. Papers can be sent in the mail, can be faxed, can be brought to her via her lawyers. Court dates can be adjusted. I can't think of anything that would warrant her leaving rehab. With bullshit like this, she doesn't stand a chance of getting clean.

When I heard that Eva was in rehab I was concerned, but when I heard the reason, my best friend and I were extremely angry. As young Latinas, we have always admired Eva and have looked up to her and to hear that she got into what she did, we are extremely disappointed. We hope she gets better, though..
