I usually like you but you can't insinuate that "something happened" as if she had anything to do with it. The New York Times recently published a study stating that 31 percent of all pregnancies end in the first trimester in what is called "spontaneous abortion", meaning the woman's body expels the conception. In fact, 95% of all first trimester miscarriages are due to a chance chromosomal defect. The same study stated that the rate of miscarriage might actually be higher but a lot of women have miscarriages without ever knowing they were pregnant in the first place. They simply believe it to be a bad menstrual cycle.

Most miscarriages just aren't publicized/spoken about because most women wait until their second trimester when the chance of miscarriage is dramatically reduced to announce their pregnancy. From what I've read, Lilly Allen was just too excited to wait.

It's a devastating thing to go through and leaves a woman feeling like she did something wrong even though there was absolutely nothing she could have done differently. I feel for her. She deserves her privacy right now.
