The court spokesperson had no official comment on the emergency hearing requested by Britney's father on Thursday.
Though Jamie wasn't at court, his lawyers were.
"Everything about this matter is sealed," says the court rep.
However, we do know that Jamie Spears will stay on as conservator.
We think it's good that the Spears family is on the offensive.
They need to be in order to ensure that Brit Brit gets better!

You might want to research more how a person gets released as Britney did. Most of the media is leaving the impression that her UCLA treating "team" of doctors did not try to hold her longer. There is a legal procedure in front of a referee at the facility where information is presented including from the doctores on the one side trying to justify the hold, and then from patient who has legal rights too. If you look harder you will find what really went down, but I think you already know, so why make UCLA look bad, it was not up to them and good or bad the law was probably applied correctly. Should she have stayed, yes, just as her UCLA doctors wanted and for the reasons that finding the right combo of meds for each person is a process, one better done behind closed and private doors esp. in her case where I expect the next news will be to report on the frequecy of toilet flushing at her house, like we need to know that.
