"There is a strange pecking order among actors. Theatre actors look down on film actors, who look down on TV actors. Thank God for reality shows, or we wouldn't have anybody to look down on."

George is showing his age — there IS a caste lower than Reality Show Actors
    – it's called the papparazzi actors
    – you know
    – Britney, Lilo, Paris, celebuspawn like Rumer, all the z-listers waiting to get into clubs. etc.
CAN'T WAIT to see what the sleaze below THAT level will be!!!!!
AMERICA how low CAN we sink!!!!!

Gotta like George Clooney. He always seems to tell it like it is or at least the way he sees it. He doesn't ever seem to be full of s#@t, and he always does it with great sense of humor and humility. He has to be considered one of the coolest A-listers in Hollywood.

It sounds like he still sort of classifies himself as a tv actor. I kind of like that he hasn't forgotten his roots. To me his best role ever was as Doug Ross on ER. Soap opera actors/actresses are pretty looked down on.
