A day after Paris Hilton stopped by to pick up her award from the Harvard Lampoon, Charlize Theron is awarded the Hasty Pudding Pot
during the Hasty Pudding Awards annual Woman of the Year Parade in Cambridge, Massachusetts on Thursday.
Each year the awards are given to performers who have made a lasting and impressive contribution to the world of entertainment by the Hasty Pudding Theatricals at Harvard.
Maybe Paris can collect it next year????

Not going to comment on this story, but if anyone cares, I would like to comment on the movie "Bordertown" with Jennifer Lopez. This movie went straight to video and I can understand why, it is not the type of movie people now want to see. Except for people like me!!! I would highly recommend this movie to any journalist, people who wonder what has happened to real journalism, people that don't know what is happening in other countries because of NAFTA (it isn't just bad for the USA), to Latinos and women who support Billary (NAFTA was given to us by president bill clinton, can't blame bush for this one), and anyone else who can't bother to study or just read about what is happening in these places but should know. Over 300 bodies of young women have been found in Juarez since 1993, and over 400 young women are still missing. Most of these young women worked in the Free trade zones. So they are not only being used as cheap-near-slave labor, but also serve as prey for sexual predators. I've studied this subject, but this movie still served as a reminder of how this country and others, along with corporations, are fu**ing the poor people of the world.

and he's a pretty funny dude. CT was MUCH more fun than ScarJo (who was given this same honor last year). CT was more interactive, laid back, and appreciative of the [quirky yet] deserving gift given her by some of Harvard's best students.

Sticky Toffee Pudding is the absolute best. I don't know about here (I don't even think we have it) but in South Africa hands down it is the absolute BEST dessert I have ever had in my LIFE. We have nothing even comparable here. Not CLOSE. Didn't go to Harvard. Don't really care about the award.
