i was there yesterday at lacma, and i almost threw a FIT about this!

it wasnt up on LACMA's website, not even under the Events for the Calendar for the month. so i went and got there close to 5pm, thinking hey it closes at 8pm then i saw all this stupid red carpet shit. so i only got to be there for an hour til they kicked out the people who went there to see ACTUAL art.

its one of the few experiences ive had where i just outright hated celebs, like they really care about art. the traffic was horrible getting into hollywood/l.a. area and leaving it too…

its just dumb, they shouldve left the other parts of the museum open, for one thing, if im there to see art im there to see art and i wouldnt care about celebs going into the new building. its a separate building, why close the others? so stupid.

bah.

and really, why did they show up? like they really love art - or just getting publicity to going to events. hmpf, i know im ranting but really. being inconvenienced by celebs is just so stupid. hmpf.

I don't understand how Tom and Katie can go out as much as they do with two children and a baby. I can't beleive Nicole and Christina have been out as much as they are! I was so happy to have eight weeks off to spend with my baby.
