Osama Demanded Money From Brit Brit!

We knew it! We knew it! We knew it!

Osama Lutfi has vehemently denied ever taking money from Britney Spears, but that hasn't stopped him from asking!!!

In a declaration filed to the court, an attorney for Jamie Spears says that Shady McShady Lutfi asked Brit's business manager, Howard Grossman, for money.

Attorney Jeryll Cohen wrote, "During the telephone conversation, Mr. Grossman [Brit's business manager] told me that he had numerous e-mails from Osama (Sam) Lutfi in which Mr. Lutfi made various demands, including demands for money. Mr. Grossman told me he did not comply with Mr. Lutfi's demands."

We can't wait to hear Osama's denial.

He's the Queen of Excuses!
