Victoria Beckham sent the gays a gaga with a surprise appearance at the weekly Sunday night party at the Maritime Hotel in NYC.

Posh was loving the attention and even spent some time smiling and shaking her bony butt on the dance floor (above)!

    Thanks for posting Perez! Victoria was a great suprise. They introduced her on stage while SPICE UP YOUR LIFE was playing! Everyone went crazy! She was hysterical and joked about being a gay man trapped in a woman, very thin, woman's body! my friends and I were there celebrating my birthday and our table was next to her's in the VIP section. She was super sweet and nice. I will send you the "deer in the headlight" picture that I took with her!
