Paris' 18 Year Old Brother Busted For DUI!

Barron Hilton, 18, just moved to Los Angeles to finish high school, and he's already giving his parents a headache!

Like big sis Paris, the former hotel heir has been arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Unlike Paris, though, Barron is not of legal drinking age yet, which could be a bigger problem for him if this goes to trial.

The younger Hilton was pulled over by police in Malibu at 8:30 A.M. on Tuesday and booked with DUI.

8:30 in the MORNING????

Damn!

Kids, don't drink and drive. And if you do get drunk, just call a cab, y'all!

    didn't you see this comin when they had pics of Paris and Barron out at a club - Obviously he didn't learn from her mistakes and she didn't either if she took him out recently - Let's face out, unfortunately kids drink before they should, many of us have - but the driving!!! - They have more than enough money to hire a driver, certainly enough for a taxi, LA isn't like NYC, but you can still plan ahead and arrange for a cab to get you - Thank God he didn't hit anyone or hurt himself -
