April is right around the corner. That is when her Madgesty's new album is expected to be released.
Until then, she's been keeping herself quite busy.
Here she is, showing off her fabulous new face, at the world premiere of her short film, Wednesday night at the Berlin Film Festival.
We don't think she had a face lift. Just a lot of Botox!

Yeah, she's still gorgeous no matter what she had done. I'm glad she's keeping up her looks… she's still an icon… to us who grew up in the '80's.

I'd say it was a lot of botox, Juvederm and a complete chemical peel or IPL treatments. Perhaps some thermage to tighten the skin around her neck as well.

Well, we saw the bruises (remember when Perez showed pictures?). I don't think (what do I know) that Botox injections would leave such bruises…so maybe she had a peeling or some kind of something or another done. This is some ugly person. Ugly, ugly, ugly, ugly. She is thin, but…well. What can I say. I am only happy that I am perfect and so beautiful and thin and blonde. Ahem.

Definitely botox and probably cheek augmentation (either implant or injectable filler like Restylane or Radiesse) and definitely injectable fillers around mouth and smile folds. But doc did a good job!

She is an inspiration, fierce, amazing, gorgeous, that body is from sheer self motivation sweat and WORK.. What I love is that she has been known to say "I am not the most talented singer or dancer but I do know how to market myself" She is of a generation of popstarts that no longer exist…

I must say Madonna looks probably her best nearing 50. She looks in her 30ties, she is glowing, she is the real star, you could feel how larger than life she is. Perez, good that you are praising her. However, even IF she did have surgery, its made with class and taste AS ALWAYS.
she has had filler injections (juvaderm most likely), around the mouth to make the area look less gaunt and under the eyes (which cause the black eyes a couple of weeks ago). Also had a substance used to fillin the jawline and make it more uniform to correct the visual appearance of "sagging of the jowls" that occurs as women loose the fatty area on either side of the chin as they age

Oh absolutely she's had a brow lift and/or face lift. But it's very, very well done. Gimme the money and I'm all over that myself. she looks good.

there is no way she has had a facelift. she would look entirely different. looks like she may have had an eyelift, but that would be about it. she looks exactly the same…this is someone who works out, eats a healthy diet, and generally lives well…which is why she looks so great. it is people who are jealous that they aren't aging as nicely as she is that say she has had a facelift. my mom is 5 years older than her, and she looks the same…no plastic surgery. it is possible.

She looks good agter facial enhancements, of course and professional make-up artists…looks late 40's still…without make-up, looks like hell in photos, definitely 50'ish.
