April is right around the corner. That is when her Madgesty's new album is expected to be released.

Until then, she's been keeping herself quite busy.

Here she is, showing off her fabulous new face, at the world premiere of her short film, Wednesday night at the Berlin Film Festival.

We don't think she had a face lift. Just a lot of Botox!

Well, we saw the bruises (remember when Perez showed pictures?). I don't think (what do I know) that Botox injections would leave such bruises…so maybe she had a peeling or some kind of something or another done. This is some ugly person. Ugly, ugly, ugly, ugly. I must say Madonna looks probably her best nearing 50. She looks in her 30ties, she is glowing, she is the real star, you could feel how larger than life she is. Perez, good that you are praising her. However, even IF she did have surgery, its made with class and taste AS ALWAYS.

she has had filler injections (juvaderm most likely), around the mouth to make the area look less gaunt and under the eyes (which cause the black eyes a couple of weeks ago). Also had a substance used to fillin the jawline and make it more uniform to correct the visual appearance of "sagging of the jowls" that occurs as women loose the fatty area on either side of the chin as they age

there is no way she has had a facelift. she would look entirely different. looks like she may have had an eyelift, but that would be about it. she looks exactly the same…this is someone who works out, eats a healthy diet, and generally lives well…which is why she looks so great. it is people who are jealous that they aren't aging as nicely as she is that say she has had a facelift. my mom is 5 years older than her, and she looks the same…no plastic surgery. it is possible.

A good make-up artist is the main reason, something many many stars overlook when they dive right into the lip plumping and all the rest, then cover it with their orange stained faces and too-dark, too powdery eyeliner. Lilo looks 45 years old for this reason. Madonna looks more like 35 because she uses moisturizer, choses the right shade of foundation for her natural skin tone and applies several subtle and matching shades of blush/bronzer with only minimal, light-brown eyeliner and mascara. Don't forget she exercises 3 hours a day, drinks alot of water and doesn't do mountains of coke.

And probably some restlin, botox, whatever, but she used it correctly and didn't undercut the results of her cosmetic improvements with heaps of bad makeup and a self-destructive lifestyle.

Well, Perez, darling, since you've asked….I don't think Madonna has had any Botulinum Toxin Type A injections. First of all…she stays fit…secondly…the lighting and camera lens is all designed around what will be the most flattering…why not??? She's got access to the best and that takes care of the rest. Why would she mess around with her natural beauty via surgery, chemical injections, etc. when she can afford to be pampered 24/7?
