April is right around the corner. That is when her Madgesty's new album is expected to be released.

Until then, she's been keeping herself quite busy.

Here she is, showing off her fabulous new face, at the world premiere of her short film, Wednesday night at the Berlin Film Festival.

We don't think she had a face lift. Just a lot of Botox!

2. She has at least had botox, admits it & even let herself be filmed having it pumped into her. Why are OTHER people insisting she has had nothing done & it's all due to her keeping fit & healthy lifestyle????? Where are you plucking these facts from?? Accept reality!

She's definitley had a face lift. The shape of her nose is different from the pulled skin, and her face is taut. No one has a tight jaw line at 50 without a little help from the knife.

I saw other pictures from this night where she is smiling and you can clearly see her natuarl wrinkles that EVERYONE gets as they grow older. Perez is a fucking cunt for "convinently" chosing to post a picture where she is NOT smiling so he can say some shit. Also, has anyone heard of makeup? Fucking dumbfucks. I was a temp receptionist at a Los Angeles plastic surgery office and she came in at 7:30 in the morning through the back. I was told that the patients name was Louise!!!! Anyway, when I created the receipt for the credit card authorization I saw that she was charged for Botox injections and derma fillers, rest. & rejuvederm……… THIS WAS A MONTH AGO!!!!!

This picture is simply shot in such a way as to make the most of very bright lighting. I know that you are convinced that surgery is the only way, but you're absolutely wrong. Look at Oprah. She's got even more money than Madonna and she has not had any surgery. You may know what works for strippers and call girls, but the uber-rich stick to healthy living now that Doris Duke is dead. Also, you don't need anaesthesia for Botox injections. Have you ever had any? Perhaps you would feel differently if you knew what was in that injection. I think she looks great! better and younger then she has for a while. The face lift did good deeds to her. And i am looking forward to hearing her new album come out in april, she always has such a great and different sound to her music then everyone else out there.

I happen to know alot of superstars would be proud to call me their friend if we were to meet in public. Just because you clean bed pans, doesn't mean you re qualified to give medical advice, but you could make a hot cutter. But, just in case you are correct and that Madonna has had some cosmetic work done, I'm sure she insisted on being awake and that all instruments were sterile. Also, I bet she refused to let the MD take before and after photos like you see on commercials for the Lifestyle Lift. She controls her brand carefully. Jane Fonda admits to having some work done over the years, but she said she didn't think Madonna had undergone any chemical (Botox) or surgical treatments because she asked her when visiting in London last year at the Savoy. I can tell that you're an Alpha male who has to be proven right….I'm sorry that I refuse to accommodate your boarish needs. Perhaps we can simply agree that Madonna looks great!

Actually, I can't tell from this small photograph, but she sure looks good. I saw her on TV promoted her film at the Berlin Film Festival and I have to admit that everything was working for her with the possible exception of the Film critics' reviews. I think she's going to stay with directing because it gives her the control over the lighting and the camera…she's a smart woman.

Okay…If you all are going to gang up on me, first tell me this…Why did Madonna move to London? There's no reason to assume that she was disatisfied with the plastic/cosmetic surgeons in Beverly Hills and she's not too cheap to pay their prices. Do you think she has health insurance and do you think it covers cosmetic care and surgery? If anyone knows for a fact that Madge is pregnant and is therefore letting her roots show, then they should quit asking why she's not bleaching her hair or teeth…It's possibly harmful for the unborn baby. As a woman ages, there are certain features that become exagerated when examined closely by the public. First of all…notice that she's wearing a black dress with a high neckline. This cleverly absorbs all light and thereby accentuates the pale face. Even in this small photo, there are character lines…but nothing that would suggest the need for cosmetic work other than massage and face masks…She can afford Borgesi mud and that's very expensive. Check it out at Macy's on Union Square if you don't believe me. She's too busy to stay in a hospital recooperating from radical cosmetic surgery. She knows that her fans come first and is therefore always there for them.

She has always had a tight jaw line and high cheek bones. She has probably had botox or the like because in todays time few haven't and if you are one of the few who haven't you probably can't afford it or will have it at some point. Her eyes are not pulled and a lot of the other comments being made about what she possibly had done are unfounded. The bruising on her cheek some months back was caused by a photographer hitting her with his camera as she carried David thru the airport. Check the fact. Madonnna has always been very forward in women and all people doing as they please to make themselves happy so if she did or ever does have major work or minor work done it is because she wants to look the way that she feels best and how she sees herself. Just like you and I. We really are all pathetic for commenting on a lovely looking woman and trying to deny or justify hers or anyone elses beauty. Maybe we don't have any of our own. Look in your mirror. Would you keep it how it is or would you change something if given the opportunity.

Furthermore…perscription Celebrex has never been taken off the market. Among other uses, it is often used to remove swelling or puffiness under the eyes. Madonna wears sunglasses most everywhere, even in restaurants where she dines or has lunch like at Harvey Nick's. She even wears them when at home with her children.
