Is Britney finally getting better????

All signs point to a YES!!!!

Spears, whom we hope is still receiving treatment for her mental illness, was spotted with her mother, Lynne, in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

The pair bonded over clothes, shopping at the Miss Sixty store on Melrose before heading over to the Millennium Dance Studios in the Valley.

And, Brit Brit and mom were accompanied by their new bodyguards.

All good things!

Treatment is essential, though. They can't ignore that.

I don't know about anyone else, but that doesn't look like Brittany. The hair is wrong and look at the nose and mouth….doesn't look like her. Are you sure that isn't another shopper? Does Brittany have a tatoo on her foot like that?
