please, it wasnt the music. janet just doesnt connect with anyone these days. she's washed up. her album comes out in like 2 weeks and theres no promo for it and the single is a flop. her time is over. she should just realize it and move on.
Janet is OVER.The first single "Feedback" went nowhere.That's why they're rushing out a new single "Luv" but that's gonna flop.too.The album is gonna bomb.Have you noticed that there is no promo for it? She's not even out there,promoting it. That's a bad sign.The album will be released in a few weeks,and most people don't even know about it.
Janet is so modest can,t help but like her. Janet has done good music throughout her career last 2 albums was not strong but she did have a few potential hits on both ie spendin time with u, Islands, allnite don,t stop, Excited and enjoy. Both albums was not marketed right and I am more inclined to think that, since the superbowl incident her career has taken a nosedive. Why is Justin Timberlake music hyped so much as he was also the major part of the incident Can,t wait for discipline her music is very much apreciated in Europe there is only one janet.

Whoa - profoundly deep insight there Janet! Naw - I think it was the CD case - it just wasn't shiny enough - the security tapes were really hard to get off and the shrink-wrap made the plastic warp - yeah, that's it - that's why it didn't sell.

It has everything to do with the fact that after the superbowl she was blacklisted and even her own record company didn't want to promote the album.
Even today she is still having a hard time getting back on radio, and it certainlt is not the music this time around. It's called pay for play and I guess my girl is not paying.

No no JJ!! Those are excellent albums, with amazing tracks. Everything she does is quality. Take a look at "all night" on you tube or "so excited" they are some hot singles. Then she had some awesome tracks such as Enjoy & "with you" off 20 Y.O. and "truly and "Sexhibition" off Damita Jo. "The music industry is fucked up, and some of my favorite albums never made it to the top of the charts like Mandy Moore new album "wild hope" or butch Walkers "the rise and fall of butch walker and the let's go out tonites".
Fox News got their facts wrong again. 20YO was the flop, not "janet" And I agree with Janet, you can't blame the Super Bowl. Those albums were good, but just not up to her standards — plus they had Jermaine Dupri's dirty fingerprints all over it.
