Curtis Jackson, a.k.a 50 cent, won a $ignificant battle this week.

A judge ruled in in Fiddy's favor in a dispute with babymomma Saniqua Tomkins over child support for their 10-year old son, Marquis.

Fiddy's ex-lover previously asked for $50,000 a-month (how apropos) but was granted just half of that sum when the court viewed her and her son's expenses.

But that figure was just reduced further, and Tomkins will now only receive $6,700-a-month from the rapper and entrepreneur extraordinaire.

Serves her right! But, we do hope 50's established some sort of trust for his son.

Gotta take care of the fam!

    Perez why would you say that it is okay for her to receive lower amounts of child support (serves her right?)??? Why because she a black mother with a black child? These white chicks receive more than that and the father's don't make as much as 50 cent. He is buying all his boys cars, living in Mike Tyson's old mansion but he can't pay $50k in child support??? When he goes broke it will be the mom that will have to raise that child alone. I am sure by that time 50 will have several more children by several more woman.

    This first child needs to be taken care of BEFORE and his future secured. I am so sick of folks thinking it is okay for black mom's and their children to receive less than. This girl was with 50 before he became famous. 50 should be ashamed always bragging about his money but wants to downsize his child and have him living off pennies in comparison to what he makes and what he spends on his boys. I say find the judge! I smell a pay off!!!

    Perez you lose points on this one…you and the judge need a reality check. Black skin does not automatically mean you are entitled to a discount.

    I would be living great on the amount he has to give her……between me and my BF we make only $1600 a month (not alot I Know…..Especially when our bills take pretty much all of that) so if I was getting an extra $6700 a month I would be in HEAVEN!!!! what does she need $50000 a month for????? I know he is rich and could afford to pay her that a month but come on. She prob only wanted that much so she could sit on her ass and not work for a living like the rest of us do.     Annie of COURSE people don't say they have this view it just eases into their justification. When these Hollywood chicks receive their money no one says a word then a black chick gets lowered amount and we say "that is the way to go?" It does not take a rocket scientist ADDITIONALLY you should note that there are proven stats on the facts that child support amounts are lowered for minority children with a view that their entitlement is not equal to that as a white child. I work in the field and see it every day. Anyone's REAL expenses can be lowered but the judges rarely go below the state's guidelines for white females while they do it repeatedly for blacks.

    I am just talking facts in which I have lived. Married to a pro athlete whom I aided and married prior to the NBA. The judge lowered the support and asked for an autograph sidestepping the supports guidelines. WHILE other white women who's husbands did not earn as much received three to four times as much. It is a fact in which the courts are reviewing. It is just the way of the world…if a person views a person as more deserving than the other AND I noted that Perez who I love…applauded that action. I have noted that before either. Please know your facts prior to responding in some rant without working knowledge to back it up.

    Well,,,that kind o money is a jackpot to me,,,,but in 50's reality,,,,thats not a lot for his kid/ ex. He's worth a ton.
