The Britney drama never ends!
On Thursday, another court hearing was held to determine what changes/if any should be made in the former pop star's life.
And, a Los Angeles Commissioner decided to extend her father's role as conservator. So, that means, until Brit Brit's next court hearing on March 10th, Jamie Spears will be captain on her ship.
Additionally, Spears' brother, Bryan, has been named trustee of his sister's estate.
While poppa controls who she sees and how she runs her life, big bro will rule her finances.
And, Britney was also ordered to undergo a 730 evaluation - to help determine child custody. The results of that evaluation need to be turned in to the court by the next hearing.
So many changes! All for the better, we think.

I think a lot of what the parents are doing is for the benefit of her boys. Not that they don't care about their daughter, but had she continued on the path she was on she would have destroyed herself, lost all her assets, and the trust funds I am sure are in place for the kids. It's funny….when Britney was out on the loose, I kept reading fans writing "where is her family? Why aren't they there for her???" Well, now they ARE there for her, doing anything they can under the close scrutiny of the law and the public, and her fans are complaining that her rights are being violated. Hopefully, when all is said and done and she is back in control, if ever, she will WANT her family around her. If having them around is forcing her to focus on her recovery, for WHATEVER reason, then it's working. They are doing the right thing.

Re her family and money–Brit and her attorney set up the trust in 2004, and she stipulated that her brother and the named attorney should be trustees for her if for any reason she could not be sole trustee Hopefully everything will be carefully watched and monitored to always watch out for HER interests. The fact she trusted her brother to be a trustee seems reassuring.

This is due to the fact I had to take care of myself.
I do take medication but I get through each day one by one.
