Have they decided to cool things off???
Co-stars and lovers Hayden Panettiere, 18, and Milo Ventimiglia, 30, have seemed to put their relationship on pause.
Since going public on a date to the movies last month - holding hands and everything - the pair have not been seen together.
And, instead of celebrating Valentine's Day with Milo, Hayden went out to dinner with her family, including her sexy beast of a mother, Lesley.
It's probably best they have taken down things a notch. Their relationship was just a little bit CREEPY!
Side note: Hayden sure loves that trench coat.

Re: twofaced – I agree completely with you twofaced the press picks at some people but they don't do it to other people that are doing the same thing. Brad Pitt is with Angelina and he is 12 years older he also dated dated Juliete Lewis when she was 16 and they had a 10 year age gap so I don't see what the big deal is when there are plenty of people and celebs that just click even with an age gap.
