Britney Still Can't See Her Kids
Filed under: Britney SpearsLawyers for Spears and Kevin Federline were in court on Tuesday.
Unfortunately, they were unable to reach an agreement on the specifics of how/when/where Britney would see her children.
Sad.
Update:
The attorneys are said to be working through lunch and want to reach an agreement.
They will all be back in court at 1:30 P.M. Pacific.

I personally feel sorry for Britney, she is obviously starting to see the error of her ways, and I'm not saying she should be able to taker her kids overnight, but she should be able to at least have a supervised visit with them!!!

For those of you who don't understand the disease - she will always have periods of wild swings. She will never be cured. She should always be supervised when around her children. They will suffer through each of her manic episodes.

She has to EARN the right to see her kids after her last stupid stunt with Jayden. The judge should lay down some rules—regular psychiatric care, proof that she's taking whatever meds are prescribed for her, etc–and then she should only be allowed supervised visitation in a neutral spot until she can demonstrate that she has some basic parenting skills and common sense.

I don't understand all you people saying she should never see her kids again. I know she screwed up and the kids were better off not being around her for a while but I do belive she should be able to see them again. Her family are helping her take the right steps to becoming healthy again. I think it might be a little to soon though. She should take the time to really come to terms with herself and learn how to deal with her sickness. Then I think it would be great for her to slowly build up a new relationship with her boys. She just needs a little time and understanding from everyone around her.
I think it is sad whenever anyone is not allowed see there children, because the children need to know that both the parents are there for them and love them. Hopefuly they will reach an agreement soon.
