Interesting X-Men Casting News!

Hugh Jackman is reprising his role in the new X-Men Origins: Wolverine film, and he's going to have some very interesting actors joining him in the flick.

Both Ryan Reynolds and Black Eyed Peas rapper Will.I.Am have been announced as characters in the movie, though no word on who they will be playing just yet.

Liev Schreiber, Danny Huston and Lynn Collins round out the cast as Sabretooth, William Stryker and Silver Fox, respectively.

Three peeps have been added to the cast.

That's an interesting mix.

Update:

Ryan Reynolds is set to play Deadpool, "Friday Night Lights" regular Taylor Kitsch to star as Gambit and will.i.am is joining the cast as John Wraith.

    I would have said Gambit for sure but I don't think Gambit would be in a story about Wolverine's origins (not sure if the movie is going to be about Wolverine's orgins but that is what the title sounds like it would be) So I am not really sure who he would be playing.

Just thinking about the third movie makes me so mad because they totaly ruined it…..if you are an X-men fan you would prob agree. I guess Ryan is playing Deadpool.     ok I did a little looking around on the net and this is what I found out……………Set seventeen years before X-Men, the film will focus on Wolverine's violent past, and his early encounters with William Stryker. The Weapon X program and his interactions with other mutants will be explored, including his complex relationship with Sabretooth/Victor Creed …………………. Reynolds is believed to star as Deadpool, while will.i.am is rumored for the role of John Wraith - a teleporting mutant who’s also a member of the Weapon X program and Taylor Kitsch has been cast as Gambit.

    he's deadpool?!? wtf? x-men the movie series has done some piss awful casting. He's more fitting as the leader of Alpha Flight. He should not be deadpool. plus just so ppl know deadpool is extremely scarred and nasty looking under his mask and if they change that for the movie i'll be pissed.
