"Both sides want to see the day that visitation can resume, K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told the press. "It is a question of working out details on how that can happen. Mr. Federline looks forward to his children having their mom in their life."
There is talk of sending Spears to a live-in treatment facility for her bipolar disorder. Hopefully that will happen!

It's like schizophrenia but not. BPD can be accompanied by bi-polar/manic depression however. Once she does that I think she should be able to see the children again. Slowly at first so that she can rebuild a relationship with them then more often once she has proven to be stable and in control of her problems.

Some of you talk like the decision of whether she is granted visitation or not is up to Kevin. He doesn't have that type of power. It's ultimately decided by social workers and the judge. Duh!
Her kids are too young to deal with mommy being here today and gone tomorrow. They don't need a revolving door with mommy in it. Visitation isn't for HER right now, it's for THEM. It would do more damage to THEM to see mom for a time or two and then have her disappear–AGAIN. Until she shows that she is capable of sustaining some kind of relationship with them, then she should stay away. It is harmful to THEM.
Most of you people have no idea what being a parent is. The kids are not there to make you feel better about yourself, or to help you recover from your problems. That is not the job of a kid. Parents are there to protect and nuture their kids, to teach them good values, to take care of their needs until they can take care of themselves. It's all one way at this point, and parents need to be ADULTS. Britney is anything BUT.
