      I don't get it.

People are going to argue that this guy has no experience whereas Hillary has experience.

He still wins and most likely wins the D. position and then he goes up against an experienced R.

So then it is AGAIN an argument about experience and one having more than the other.

Sometimes I don't think people give a damn about the issues and more so focus on experience.

      Part 1

America's fate should not be placed in the untested hands of Obama. He is presently riding a wave of popularity based on a mixture of sexist woman hating and a failure to see that America must be fixed by someone who knows what they are doing. Competence, experience, and hard work are worth much more than empty words of hope for change.
Let's talk about hope…. What is hope anyway?
It is wishes and faith…the same bull spoon fed to the masses by religious preachers. Those many who BELIEVE…supporting the ones who stand before them and offer hope…for salvation.. for a better life.. for a way into heaven. These guys stand up a say just the right things to get good hopeful folk fired up…reaching into their nearly empty pockets…rallied around them..believing they are special..chosen to lead them to truth.
Look behind the smoke and mirrors and what do you find..???Flawed people..often immoral…doing what ever is necessary to keep the sheep believing..hoping, sending them money.
For every corrupt preacher..there are thousands upon thousands of convinced followers…so sure.all so full of faith…until the day that something big is uncovered..and then….OH the SHOCK!!!

      Part 2
Reality is not a bunch of words stirring people into a frenzy. Reality is being ready and able to face a massive American financial crisis.
I choose to trust Clinton…the person who was a heartbeat away from the man who managed to make America financially stronger than ever. This is reality. Obama is fantasy. Fantasy won't fix America. Only hard work and knowhow will.
I truly want a better future for all people ..all races, genders ..all people of the world. Hillary is the best person to accomplish this.

Obama is all style and no substance. He's riding a wave of celebrity endorsements (love ya, Oprah, but stick with your show) and media fueled lovefests for a man who doesn't have enough experience to hold a position of such importance in the world community (but then again, look at the moron who's been doing it for almost 8 years now). I am a diehard democrat but if Obama is the nominee and Hillary is not on that ticket, I will, for the first time in my life, vote for a Republican—-provided McCain doesn't put Romney or that evangelical nutcase, Huckabee, on the ticket. Its disappointing that people are putting Obama and his "inspiring" (and apparently "borrowed") speeches over 35 years of public service by Clinton. Americans can be such dumb asses! Texas, Ohio and Pennsylvania—do the right thing. Ignore the glitz and glamor of the Obama juggernaut and do what is BEST for our country!

WHY do people believe everything they hear on T.V.??? Has it occurred to anyone that Obama has held public office far longer than Hilary?? Or are you really basing her "experience" on the fact that her SPOUSE held public office??

Quite an interesting concept….so, if my spouse flies an airplane, does that mean that I'm also entitled & experienced enough to fly airplanes, as well??

      46

      yay an unbiased barack post!

      Additionally,
for those of you who compare "experience", why don't you take a look at the bills each candidate has sponsored? Hillary's only favored her own state, saluted basketball teams for march madness, dedicated days to different people in her home state. While Obama has sponsored numerous bills dealing with Real Issues such as the Iraq War, the environment and energy problems. He has less time on the clock as a senator true but this isnt the only time he's held a public office and he's making more of an impact in less time than Clinton!

"Experienced" Government got us into this mess. If thats the kind of "experience" McCain and Hilary are peddling, I'm going to stick with Obama.

I can't believe how stupid America is. This guy is bad news. Middle class taxes will skyrocket, the rich will get more breaks, America will continue it's spiral into 3rd world status. Michigan and Florida are the few states who got it right. And their votes won't count. Mccain will be the next president. Because let's face it Americans will chicken out at the last second and with good reason a black man as president isn't a good idea.

A woman as president isn't a good idea. At least those shouldn't be reasons for putting someone into office Barack isn't qualified for this position. He will create more problems than he solves.

I'm really sick of this guy now. The media is making him a superstar, everything he says has already been said by someone else. I noticed from the first primaries that his speeches were a melting pot of J.F. Kennedy, M. L. King Jr. and only now they mention Patricks speeches. He talks about change and he has not once mentioned how to make changes and what he will be changing. He is very charming but we already had an unexperienced president for 8 years do we really want to continue for 12? People are losing their jobs left and right these next presidential elections are important for all our futures. We're gonna change the president no matter what, why not choose the best person that has the knowlede in what they are doing. Obama can learn a few things and go for presedency in a few years. How pathetic is it that until a few days ago he was being criticized for "only" being good at giving speeches (and good ones, as Obama himself admitted)…and it's been found that his speeches AREN'T HIS?!!??? PLEASE WAKE UP AMERICA!! He is NOT our man. He is NOT for us. We are going to be in a pickle with this guy leading the world! Please, please, please. Be proud. Please.

He will try to make 'friends with the enemies' - and NO, we do not need to be in this war, but we also do need to be on the offensive and take these threats from terriorists very very seriously. These radical muslims want us dead. period. They will wait as long as it takes and we don't need a President who lets all the guards down and trys to be 'friends'. That is a huge mistake which WILL lead to our demise. I am a die-hard democrat, however (I never thought I'd say this - especially after the Bush regime-) but, if Hilary doesn't win the democratic ticket and Obama gets it, I will be voting for McCain - a tssk…Republican. I dont know what all this experience is about..None of them have experience of being the president..Hillary claim is laughable. I guess I have experience being a doctor since my husband is a doctor ( I was present when he was studying for his test, and he talks to me about procedures). That sounds crazy right. Do research people. And people saying they will vote for MCCain, yet you couldn't stand Bush, well that is another bush maybe worst. Truth be told if Hillary wins the Dems i will vote for her, if Obama wins I will vote for him. In reality there platforms are very smiliar however I find Hillary more polarizing and her statements that certain states and people do not count are concerning. But I Will not vote for another republican especially Mccain, look at our economy with their leaders in office, he stated he doesn't care how long the war goes on..that's rich people for you because none of their children are serving, they make all the descision in there best intrest while it hurts an entire nation.

A positive story on this guy for once? WTF! I guess Obama must have written you a check to go with all the checks Hillary gave you. None of this shit matters because I also think that Mccain will beat both Hillary and Obama. Something really bad is gonna happen to our troops during the summer or late Fall that will inspire people to look closer at Mccain with his sterling war record, to retaliate in a major way and that retaliation is gonna sweep him in.

The Ohioan Republican AM Radio Stations are instructing white angry Republican men to vote for Obama in the Ohio Primary on March 4. They say that is the only way a Republican will win the white house. It's been constant reminding all day every day - Republicans need to vote for Obama on March 4 because McCain already has the nomination. It happened in WI too - 9% Republicans (mostly white men) voted for Obama in Wisconsin. The GOP has something in store for Obama if he gets the nomination. This is really interesting: http://thecityedition.com/Pages/Archive/Winter08/2008Election.html

Actually I am a Democrat, but I want a Republican to win. Why? Because I want them to have the responsibility for cleaning up our nation after 8 years of Bush and Cheney's failures. The problems the Republicans made seem nearly insurmountable with the debacle in Iraq, our economy going down the tubes, our borders breeched by the thousands and the working and middle-class losing their homes. Don't these fools listen to Lou Dobbs and Glen Beck? Let the Republicans clean up the mess and get our country back on track first because I think even the conservatives are angry at Bush for what he has done. They too want to break our dependency on foreign oil and to look homeward for a remedy for our energy use. Both Hillary and Obama will lose out to the Republicans I think and that is not such a bad thing. Hopefully, in 4 to six years, with Bush, Cheney and friends gone, the Democrats will have a better chance.

Re: The truth – I'm not sure how it works there but here in NY you if are registered to a particular party you can only vote for who ever within that party during primaries.
And I know many republicans that have stated they will not vote for Mccain if he wins the republican nom.

Thank you for finally posting something about Barack's many recent victories. I know you would have done so sooner if it had been Hillary winning but at least you're finally making an effort to be somewhat less biased. Here's to hoping this is the end of your Obama-bashing!

America often gets what it deserves because our citizenry is more interested in celebrity gossip and reality TV to spend any time becoming informed and actively engaging in our republic. Well, I'm sure all of the Obama supporters will scream that the youth vote is turning out and that he fills stadiums like a rock star. That may be true, but going to a freaking concert is NOT getting informed. It is mass hysteria. I am sick to think that the country would support yet ANOTHER empty shell. First, 8 years of Bush, now potentially 8 years of Obama? I, for the first time in my life, will vote Republican if this guy gets the nomination. I hope I am not the only one.

Buzz word Experience…i guess if all the presidents are suppose to have experience being in the white house prior to being being elected that would mean only people who have had family members in the white house previously are allowed to run.. so i guess Bush's daughters or Clinton's daughter should run next becasue they will have experience because of their father. Then when they are old and winkled their children should run because you have to keep it in the family in order to get that experience everyone wants.
