I was there last night and it was not a big deal at all! She was sitting over the edge of the stage and barely tripped getting up. Of the 6 people I was with nobody even noticed. Come on perez dont be dramatic!

I was there last night, she didn't fall. She was sitting on the edge of the stage, I think with Scary, during the Mama song (Scary's baby was in the front row) and then I think Posh had trouble standing up. She looked GORGEOUS…much healthier than I expected. The show was UNBELIEVEABLE. Very entertaining. Sporty and Scary did the best. They worked it OUT.

this is EXACTLY what happened. she didn't fall at all and laughed it off with Geri when she got up. so her pants were a little tight and she couldnt get up…. haha. hilarious, but she didn't fall.
