- Some idiot has hired Vanessa Minnillo to act in a film. We're sure it's going direct to DVD.

- Exciting news! Sopranos alum Edie Falco has signed on to star in her own TV program for Showtime.

- And, finally, after nine years on the show, actor Jesse L. Martin is leaving Law & Order. Time to go back to Broadway!

      Timberlake is smart. He can act and the life of a pop artist usually dosen't last. By the time most of them hit their late thirties they don't have a huge fanbase anymore. Look at Janet. She keeps looking for reasons why she dosen't sell albums anymore but she's getting too old. It's the youth that buy music. She needs to keep acting too.

      i actually am surprised to say this but i think that justin is one of the few who can cross over into acting. i'm not saying he should be taking really intense roles but from what i've seen him in, i was pleasantly surprised. he really sheds the pop star image and you believe him as the character which is surprising because when a lot of singers go into acting they have to keep some of the singing in the movie & nver really let go of themselves. so yay i'm excited but not too excited becasue the movie as a whole will probably be shitty.

      Too bad about Jesse leaving Law & Order but he is a real singing talent which he does not get to do on L & O obviously. It's a shame the producers could never have figured out a way to get Jesse and Jerry Orbach to sing a duet when they starred in L & O together, that would have been an instant classic. Anthony Anderson as a homicide detective? I don't think so. He's got comedy timing but I don't see him in this serious role.
