Ashlee Simpson's Timbaland-produced single Outta My Head failed to catch on at radio, so they're going a different route.
The singer's record label ditched Head and is rush-releasing new single Lil' Miss Obsessive.
This song has her boyfriend Pete Wentz's fingerprints all over it! And it's much much better. It feels more organic.
A power pop/rock anthem, the song features Tom from Plain White Ts singing beautiful harmonies with Simpson.
It's a really pretty song we're not ashamed to like. And we think it will do very well for Asslee on radio.

Where are the harmonies then? I hear two mediocre voices singing in unison, but no harmony. But then, I only got about halfway through the song because I got bored. Kelly Clarkson's Never Again is far better. And I liked Ashlee's "this is me" album so i'm not being biased because of liking one girl but not the other. This sucks.

Talk about serious ASS LICKING! Ashlee has been forced to get Pete to get his famous friends and friends from other bands to help her out because her career was down the dumper. Poor Tom, he has so much better things to do than bother being associated with has-beens who are only still in the press because of Pete Wentz from Fall Out Boy.

I have refused to like Ashlee Simpson ever since I saw the video of her being a bitch to employees in a fast food joint.
