No way is that his hand! Look at his shoulder and where the arm/sleeve comes down next to her - what the hell, did he wrap his arm around behind AND underneath her and back up the other side?? Unless his arm is 10 feet long, her arm is NOT resting ON his, unless he somehow was able to stick his arm THROUGH her leg to get to her knee. If his arm is resting on her legs, that is one twisted angle not found in nature - even if his elbow was somehow double-jointed.
