   This is definitely NOT photoshopped. There are several pictures out there like this, and one from a diagonal angle, which in my opinion would be hard to photshop.

    Must finish this ridiculous series of comments with this: Angelina Jolie is the most gorgeous woman to ever walk the face of this planet. I've never seen a woman so stunning! Usually she has more of a "rocker" hard core vixen look in her eye. But now, pregnant, she glows like a luminous creature from a planet far, far away, called PERFECTION.
