I think posting things like this, on a site like this, can only help perpetuate this as the norm for how this generation should behave. Things like this make me sad & pessimistic…& I'm not anywhere near being a conservative person. What is happening to this generation?! Why don't you all seem to care more about the world around us & each other?! More than being over-sexualized, using substances as mood/behavior control (& then dismissing undesirable behavior b/c you were "drunk" or whatever), & stalking people on Myspace (or making sure you have the most friends or look "interesting")? Maybe I just live in an area that happens to be a cesspool of culture, but this kind of behavior seems to be becoming increasingly prevalent throughout society & the media/entertainment industry is certainly helping to perpetuate it in different ways since the majority of us seem to feed right into it–any way for the industry to earn a buck & anything that helps make us small people feel better about ourselves or can fulfill some voyeuristic desire….& so we keep plugging in. I've been watching Big Brother since the beginning and have always loved it. But this season is full of total losers! None of them have any real personality, which is why they pull crap like this.

BB8 USA had a huge range of personality types and was fun to watch - I LOVED watching Evel Dick and his daughter Danielle go up against the diverse group that made up the rest of the house - from the religious Jameka, to the quirky Eric, the annoying Jen, and the unwitting ding dong racist Amber.

I can honestly say I don't like any of the people this season, and I can't seem to make myself care who gets kicked out or who stays. BB USA PRODUCERS - bring back the fun! If I want to watch the garbage you're putting out this season, I can flip the TV to late night Cinemax!

p.s. to BBUK producers too - you guys need to do a lot better too. The houseguests in Celebrity Hijack were BORRRRRRING!!! I can't stand BB9 USA, but at least it can hold the viewers' attention (in the same way a trainwreck does).

Has anyone read Ben Elton's book 'Dead Famous'? It's a satirical spin on the whole Big Brother phenomenon and wow, it's pretty much coming true. How pathetic is this!?
