Bright and colorful is the best way to describe the music of Tilly and the Wall.

They have just released a video for Beat Control, which is a big ball of goodness.

Bjork would love the clip! And the song sounds like the Jackson 5, Junior Senior and the Hidden Cameras squeezed into one juicy glass of not-from-concentrate yumminess.

Very bummed to see this. They have been my fav. for a good 4 years and what i've loved about them was using the tap dancer instead of drums…and now they don't have the "i could play a house show in your basement" feel.

DUDE! Perez! You totally forgot to mention the awesomeness that is their tap dancer! (They have a tap dancer instead of drummers. It's magical!)
I hate to say this because Tilly and the Wall is one of my favorite bands but!…
As Christian of Project Runway would say, "This is god awful hideous!"
If you listen to Wild Like Children and Bottoms of Barrels, (their other two older, BETTER albums) you will hear and see that they are totally abandoning their awesome roots as indie GODS. this just sounds like poopy madonna with a dash of Joel McHale's "Rainbow Brite" snippit on E!'s "The Soup"
